Why I don't paint "things"

Okay, I know they aren't absolutely horrible, still not great though. I don't like her coloring, I was having a hard time mixing "flesh" and ended up with a whole bunch of left over "wrong shade" paint. also can't really shade very well. I liked my drawings a little better, I'll show those later. I need to set the scanner back up first though.
